Shorter and less populace than Barcelona's Ramblas, it scores as being that bit more classy. It is shady at times too and is a worthwhile destination near the palace and cathederal

With your back to the harbour, walk straight up and past the fountain and stay in the middle of the road ( in the pedestrian area) under the shade of the tree's and take a seat in the Gastro Pub area and order what ever takes your fancy from the food or cocktail menu and then just relax and watch... Born has an array of eateries lining the streets, there are fountains and sculptures along Born - good photo opportunities. It is also home to many designer shops.

This is a lovely street to chill out with plenty of shade from the mid-day sun, either under a tree or a parasol of a pavement bar. I like Bar Bosch at the very top where the staff are friendly and service is quick. A little like la ramblas in Barcelona but smaller and less commercialised. Plenty of shopping too.

This main shopping road is the buzzing center of Palma. Yes, touristy, but a drink at Bar Bosch to discuss where to go next is just what you do. We didn't go to any of the main street places and you don't have to. There is plenty to absorb and within minutes you reach many attractions. We drove there from... More

Great street for people-watching, shopping, eating, and drinking - all under a canopy of graceful trees. Has it all.

Having spent 3 days in Palma De Mallorca and after walking several hours around the city, I can highly recommend this street as the main upscale shopping district of the city with many good cafes to sit around and read your book and also to do the best shopping the city offers. Very nice area.
