We had seen reviews that it was one of the best beaches on the island so we decided to try it out. It is a lovely long stretch of beach where it is very easy to find a quiet spot away from others and relax. The car park and little shop by the entrance were useful to stock up on... More

We visited here largely as a result of the reviews here and I am simply staggered that others have either compared Es Trenc to the Maldives, or even suggested it's the best beach in Mallorca. Once you have parked in the main car park you approach Es Trenc via a path which passes an unfinished complex of villas which the... More

Miles and miles of soft sandy beach washed by azure blue water. Water is super shallow and you can walk for quite a while, until you are not able to stand on feet. Which on the other hand makes water warm even in mid-May. Genuine oasis. We paid some 20 Euros for renting an umbrella with two seats. Some 10... More

Crystal clear waters that are very calm. You can walk out for a mile before it gets very deep. Excellent for swimming. The sand is nice and there are amenities. Has umbrellas and loungers for a low price. Also has a couple of beach cafes. More

We entered from the road to Colonia Sant Jordi. Once off the highway it is a one lane road to the beach parking lot (3 euros). Worth the trek. Stunning views of the coast. If you travel during the winter months, bring a picnic as there is nothing around. More

Without any doubt this is the best beach on the island and this is borne out by the number of photographers and film crews from all over the world who use it as a background day in an day. The restaurants are a tad dismissive as far as tourists are concerned and service can be haughty and a little off... More

I loved the long stretch of the white sands and the shallow, warm clear blue waters. Lunch was nice, but the waitor could have been friendlier! More
