An easy place to get a real feel for the mountains and the start for numerous walks of various lengths and difficulty. The stroll round the lake is quite pleasant, but the most popular walk from there is the descent via the Col d'Offre to Biniaraix & Soller. But be warned - the car park at the reservoir itself is targeted by car thieves so it may be better to park in the very nearby recreational area.
