Nice building with a square attached to it, also the fortified wall is located next to it. It's said that it is one of the best examples of civil renaissance architecture in Vitoria.

It was constructed over the first walls of the city and the square in front of it is a hotspot of the city. Unfortunately, they are making visits not very often.
