Huge beautiful beach filled with the best people watching in the city. The sand is soft and easy to find a place to layout for a while. Cafes are near by. Go for a long walk or a quick swim to floating platforms with slides. Enjoy!

This is a lovely beach which is a lot less crowded than Barceloneta and yet has plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Loved the wide open beach area and it was not crowded. Enjoyed walking the promenade. There is also a path for cycling.

La Concha Beach is not only very clean, safe and nice, but it offer a nice view. It also very closed to old city, plenty of bars, tapas and restaurant.

A lovely long horseshoe beach equally used by locals and tourists. Safe to swim and the water seems cleaner than the surf beach which gets more the the sediment washed out of the river. We stayed in April and although bracing, it was ok for swimming.

Must be one of the best bays in the world. Fantastic stretch of beach with lots of room and a good selection of eateries close by. Stunning vistas of the mountains around Donastia. Well worth a vist

Nice beach. Also great for watching the sunset between the island and the mainland. We walked the full length (through the tunnel) to the far side where you can see a sculpture and experience a blasts of air from the blow-holes

Lovely Beach but very busy. Need to get near the centre of the beach near the restarants but stay at the back as this is the only section that is dry.

The main beach of San Sebastián is extremely crowded on a sunny day. However, the beach is clean, has showers and toilets free of charge.
