San Sebastián is lovely, and La Concha is no exception. The beach and promenade are crowded in summer, but still beautiful and lively in fall and spring. The beach is sheltered, so the waves are very small, but you can still surf/paddleboard, there are small fish and prawns in the inlet, and the water is clear and very still further... More

La Concha is a gorgeous, large beach where sunbather gather in the daytime and families and lovers stroll along the promenade in the evening. Less windy than beaches further to the west.

Large beach, surrounded by a promenade walk and restaurants. Available showers intersperced along the length of the beach. Becomes exceptionally crowded during holidays and warm weather, but has great atmosphere regardless. Water was clear and refreshing.

We loved the tapa bars and the historical parts of the city. The beach was beautiful. There was nothing we disliked

Great beach for kids, quite calm. Also good facilities there - shop underneath boardwalk sells ice-creams, drinks, beers, sangria etc.

This beach is perfect for couples and families. The water is super clean and clear, the beach is clean with no litter or marine life/seaweed floating ashore, and it is LARGE. Want to return to take my kids here as we went as a couple. Gorgeous.

Several of us took some wine and blankents and spent an afternoon at the beach. We had to move our setup every 30 or so minutes as the tide came in but overall the beach was nice. There are places along the outside that sell sandwiches, bottled water, beer and coffee. I would definetly check this place out if you´re... More

Beautiful beach and great location but no sun beds. You could hire 3 chairs yes 3 chairs and a canopy. The other beach zurriola has a small number of beds and umbrellas and is just as beautiful. The sea in this area has bigger waves for the surfers but they are only allowed at one end so you won't be... More

The beach was located just below the promenade and our suite at the Hotel Niza. It was fascinating to watch the views of the beach, the ebbing tide and the throngs of vacationers enjoying the beach each day.
