Great for walking or running, lots of people as well as dogs. The water was very fresh but it would be a fantastic beach in July or August when things heat up

I have been visiting the Basque Country since I was just a toddler, and this is easily the most beautiful beach of the region. Clean sand and water with a lovely promenade along the side. The water can be pretty chilly all year round, but I prefer to call it "refreshing." An absolute must for anyone visiting.

Stunning, stunning, stunning beach. Postcard perfect. You have the Christ statue, the forested islands, the amusement park, the modern art, the beaux-arts palatial resorts and the beautiful old-French style carousel surrouding a massive, stunning beach. One of the beautiful I've ever seen. Highly recommend. Be prepared for crowds if you come in the Summer. Baths are available on-site but there... More

Just a clean beautiful beach. Not too crowded in May when we went. Great facilities - plenty of acceptable free WCs mostly well supplied with soap and paper. Showers and lockers also in big central facilities unit. We liked it so much we're thinking of going back.

ITs a nice beach half circle, the water was cold for swimming, but its was full during the sunny days.. Also it was interesting to see the Sand sculptures at work.. very nice view at sun down, also quite nice for a run..

Doesn't matter how many times you see this beach is absolutely beautiful. There is a great long walk along the beach or the concourse if you feel energetic or if not just sit and watch what is happening on the beach or the people going by.

As soon as it gets a little warm, you will see La Concha crowded with people swimming, playing, walking or just relaxing in the sun. The sunset is exquisite and your walks could in fact take hours because you can't get enough of the relaxing feeling you get there. Make it a point to relax there on a beautiful sunny... More

San Sebastian is such a beautiful place. My second trip here and it was as good as I remembered. I love the atmosphere and the food and culture of this location, but the beach is so pretty and a great place to stroll along the boardwalk or visit a café on the beach front or even sit and watch the... I actually did not ring beach clothing because it was supposed to rain at week; however, the last day the weather was great and it was an easy walk to the beach. The views from any part of the beach are amazing, and it's kid friendly.
