Easily accessible, very clean, lots of families, Very safe. There's a lovely prom, definitely worth the walk all the way over to either El Muelle on one side or up to the hill top near the tennis courts on the other- bring your camera!

We see this beach from our apartment and get to watch the tide come in and go out. The beach is clean, beautiful and one of three within the "city" of San Sebastian. Zurriola beach is the "surfing beach" and for the younger crowd. Ondarreta beach is probably more "family" oriented. This is a wonderful, beautiful city with gorgeous beaches.... More

This is one of the most beautiful urban beaches in the world. Locals and foreigners gather there all year round to appreciate the beauty of the bay. Great spot for having a picnic, taking a walk, letting your children put their feet in the water...never fails to enliven my spirit.

It is correctly ranked as the numero uno (#1) attraction of San Sebastian. The blue green water and the clean beach is marvelous ! A walk around the promenade of concha bay is a pleasure by itself! There are cafés and benches to sit in the promenade area.

All visitors to San Sebastian should visit this beach. I went in March so was not warm enough to sun bathe but I went for a nice walk along the beach and there was a great view. Very clean beach.

We loved this beach and its promenade with its wrought iron, well maintained and white painted balustrade. The beach. is extremely clean and even on a cold November day we were amazed at how many people were swimming. Very hardy people, we wouldn't have even considered paddling!! It is a huge beach in 3 sections. We walked from one end... More

The first time I visited Donostia was on a very cold weather so I didn't enoy it, but on this visit it was an excellent sunshine day and it was gorgeous, very clean, lots of space to relax and enjoy and the water was so so very blue. A must if you are visiting Spain, not for nothing is the... More

always nice to have a beach in the center of town, but there is much plastic and other trash which blows onto the beach from the streets.. There are no terraces on the beachside though..

Hi everybody this city at 40 kms from French border ( Biarritz, Bayonne) offers to the tourist a sensation to be in an other world. Indeed for me this city with its beautiful bay, reminds me of Rio de Janeiro´s bay. San Sebastian or the little Rio from Europe. Better to avoid in July or August this famous beach, it... More
