Miguel arranged for a beautiful hotel in san Sebastian, with a film theme to it. Cesar walked us through the lovely seaside and led the charge of the brigade to many of the famous Pintxos places. What an array! Food displayed looked like Faberge eggs and tasted exquisite. Charming, beautiful, safe and warm, San Sebastian is a place that you... More

A Taste of Spain’s Ultimate Foodie Tour through the Basque country and San Sebastian were highlights of the trip. We stopped at a lovely, small family winery in la Rioja and were treated to a tour, tasting and delicious, rustic lunch in the private dining room. The drive through the countryside to San Sebastian was beautiful, as was San Sebastian... More

We were invited, thru Urban Adventures, to help prepare and eat a meal with a local couple. Tomasz Kolinski and his wife were wonderful allowing us to help prepare the meal and sit down in their home and have a very relaxing time enjoying their hospitality. Hope we can do it again soon.

Taste of Spain did an amazing job setting me up in great hotels and guides for my visit to the area. Also made great recommendations on where to dine and visit in the area. The view and quality of life was superb.

We had a wonderful experience with Taste of Spain from start to finish. We did the seven day tour, and San Sebastian/Basque Country was the second leg of the trip. Here are some of the reasons we most loved it: The People -- we were very fortunate to have a diverse and fun loving group of travelers on our tour.... More

My husband and I arrived in San Sebastian in the evening as part of Taste of Spain's week long ultimate foodie tour. We travelled on a very comfortable bus from Madrid and stopped at a parador in Lerma for coffee and then visited the Marques de Arviza winery in la Rioja. We had a very special, exclusive and delicious lunch... More

San Sebastian was the second stop on our 'Ultimate Foodie Tour of Spain’. 'A Taste of Spain' is a truly professional outfit, looking after all the logistics involved in transporting us around Spain. More importantly however, satisfying our thirst for knowledge (and wine) and our hunger to experience the real Spain with its fantastic food. San Sebastian is an incredible... More

San Sabastian is one of the jewels of Spain that is not as familiar to American tourists as the larger cities. This lovely setting on the sea is a perfect place for an introduction to Rioja and to salt cod. A Taste of Spain provided us with insights and opportunities we would never have found on our own. We loved... More

I miss A Taste of Spain already! This trip was a birthday present from my husband and I ended up traveling solo with a great group of folks and the best tour guide in the world. Cesar was a virtual encyclopedia of information(I bet he is a member of MENSA) telling us things about where we were what we were... More
