I don't have kids, but we saw lots of parents taking theirs and kids were really enjoying all the museum. It is really well thought and has sharks in a big tunnel aquarium, amazing even for us, not kids anymore.

The aquarium is placed next to the arbor and is very well organized. I specially enjoyed the central tank with it´s tunnel that gives an excellent view of the fish swimming all over. The price could be better

What a wonderful aquarium...intimate yet filled with all sorts of adventure. The museum has lots of historic reference, the Basque are prolific seamen and fisherman, and the aquarium itself is intriguing and personal. Viewing the sharks and stingrays in the tunnel is fascinating! It's the perfect place no matter your age!

An amazing aquarium with fish swimming all around you and such a variety of sea life to look at. Plus there is a wonderful exhibit of the nautical history of the Basque.

I just decided to go there after a stranger in the bus told me I should go (Thank you stranger !:)) I really liked the aquarium, especially the glass tunnels with fish swimming just above your head. The building is overlooking the water, so you also have nice views of the outside. The collection starts with an exposition with ships... More

We had one morning in San Sebastian that the weather wasn't ideal so we decided to go to the aquarium. They did a great job of presenting some of the history of the city without getting boring and have a ton of fish that you can see. There were a lot of families there but I would say it's great... Very well laid out with maritime history areas. There is a walkway through the largest aquarium tank with fish and sharks swimming all around the tunnel of glass. Well done!

Great visit for kids. Although have to walk through all the boats, whaling stuff first....before you get to the actual aquarium. For adults, they would find this section more interesting. Has everything you need of an aquarium and decent gift shop too. Can get a taxi to drop you right at the front entrance.

it aint the biggest aquarium in the world, but it sure is the coolest. great location on the side of a cliff basically, great architecture. great place. the museum part that is linked is really interesting as well. its never seemed crowded because of the way it is designed.

The aquarium is a modern one and well stocked. it is located near the harbor which is also worth a visit. Kids will love but adults will not get bored either (well I didn;t)
