Mer didn't go in here as we didn't have the time to join a guided tour etc I was happy enough just seeing it from the outside It's a nice enough building, photographs well. It's just not as grand as I thought it would be Worth popping by just to tick the box

We wanted to visit but hadn't realized that you must call ahead to get a time. Not that it was sold out but you must join a tour. Also it is the seat of the Basque Regional Government and so access is limited. A very nice representative explained this on the phone and met us anyway. She let us into... More
