Beautiful views down the street to the basilica - plenty of ornate buildings and the lamp posts are very picturesque. Plenty of bars/cafes/shops to peruse. Worth a visit.

This a traditional commercial street in Zaragoza that heads to El Pilar and where (being pedestrian) you can have a nice walk and see shops. It is also near "El Tubo" (bar area in old town) and many monuments in Zaragoza.

The street itself is attractive being wide & pedestrianised. It is lined with stores you will find in every Spanish town or city, from cheap & cheerful to upmarket. It is a main thoroughfare, so you will probably walk up & down it many times as it leads to the Cathedral square at one end & the big department stores... More

A stroll down Calle Alfonso y very entertaining, there are so many different stores, as you walk down, you reach de Basulica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, and you reach restaurants . You can spend half a day in the afternoon, window shopping and at the end have a great glass of wine to relax and enjoy the view.

With a view to the basilica to be accurate. One of the main streets in the older part of Zaragoza, with shops and some restaurants, leading straight to the heart of Plaza del Pilar. You'll come across that street at least once when visiting centre of the town.

I fell in love with that street every single time I stepped there. Shops are on both sides. Souvenirs, clothes, food, accessories and even wedding dresses will be found there. The street ends directly in front of La Catedral de Nuestra Señora del Pilar which is the most important landmark of Zaragoza. Don't forget to pass by smöoy and take... More
