The show at Los Gallos is definitely worth doing, especially if you are unfamiliar with flamenco. The show is Euro 25, plus a Euro 5.00 drink minimum. The sangria was excellent! In my opinion, it's too touristy and though some of the performers are excellent and ooze their passion for flamenco, others are obviously bored with the performance and wish they could be doing something else. What will seem a little funny to Americans - small venue, sort of touristy/cheesy stage decoration....BUT the musicians, singers and dancers were all super.
