we stayed at the donana rural casa in el rocio (www.donana-rural.com) which was really good very clean and good kitchen in a quiet part of town. the wildlife is beautiful - even for non bird lovers. and the village in the middle is worth a visit (raphael or something similar?) - it has a lovely church adn all the roads are sand cos the horses are so important there - really old and atmosheric More

This park is over 50 hectares, very quiet, with wooden walk ways and hides so you can see the birds. Its free to get in and well worth a visit More

Walkways through wetlands, hoopoes hopping about in the long grass, storks circling... just amazing. Very quiet in January with few people and lots of birds. More

Very rough minibus transportation for very young kids ana babys - despite what the park staff may say (I called before). You can see some landscape and wild life. If you have severall days to spend - you may want to spendo one here. More
