We cycled in the 10 day Andalusian tour in Sept 08. It was our 1st cycling tour/holiday & it was AMAZING. We have been cycling infrequently for 2 years, but this didn't hold us back. With Geoff, Dean, Maggi & the van there to support & encourage you through the whole trip, you enjoy every challenge. There are some long... more

Moorish Andalusia 10 day cycle trip Sept/08 This was the highlight of our month long holiday in Spain. As this was our first cycle touring trip we weren't sure what to expect. We are now hooked and can't wait for our next trip with Geoff, Maggi and Dean. The quiet back roads and gorgeous scenery made for a relaxing and... more

October 2008: My wife and I joined the Cycling Country team for the Fall Andalusian guided tour. When these folks say guided, they aren't kidding! There was either a guide rider or the van at every intersection requiring a turn so no mistakes were made by anyone on the trip. One of the guide riders was a former professional cyclist... more

Duncan BC CANADA This is challenging topography to be sure--be prepared for 16km climbs!! Doing some specific hill intervals for a some weeks beforehand is recommended. The bikes are well suited to the terrain with triple cranks for climbing and strong brakes (for those that use them!) for those exhilarating descents. The vistas of the olive groves are like nothing... more

In May 2008 my husband and I both had the pleasure of joining "Cruzin Traveler" and the rest of our group on the Moorish Andalusia tour organized by Geoff, Maggi and Dean of Cycling Country. We wholeheartedly agree with all "Cruzin Travelers' comments and as less experienced cyclers would like to add a couple of extra. We rode the companys... more

The cycling encompassed a good variety of terrain, the accommodation was great and the meals included were generous and delicious. Geoff, Maggi and Dean were wonderful guides knowing... more

This past May I had the great pleasure of participating in Cycling Country's Moorish Andalusia tour which includes Seville, Cordoba and Granada. This was my second cycling tour (my first was in New Zealand with NZ Pedaltours) so I have some basis for comparison. Maggie and Jeff and their assistant, Dean, were highly organized and responsive to the needs, riding... more

I was looking to do a cycling holiday around March of this year 2008 and after some searching with Google I came across Cycling Country who run tours in Southern Spain and Portugal. The tour that caught my eye immediately was the Moorish Andalucia which runs for either 9 days from Seville or optionally 6 days from Cordoba and finishing... more
