The concierge said there was a three week waiting period for a tour of the Alhambra. However, if I got up the hill early enough, I might, stress might, get a ticket to get in. I would have to explore on my own if tours were unavailable. I hiked up the hill in the dark and got at the end... More

A fabulous area to explore although be sure to wear comfortable flat shoes as the ancient streets and pavements are often cobbled and uneven. Granada us built on a hill so it's uphill all the way to the Alhambra and albacin area although there is a reliable and inexpensive minibus circuit which runs every few minutes and you can hop... This was the perfect way for us to visit Alhambra! Our guide Anna was a very charming and sweet person, passionate about the palace and very knowledgeable. I liked particularly that she showed us everything in the chronological order it had been built. Anna pointed out details that we never would have seen and she explained so many things we... More

I booked this guided tour online and wasn't sure how it would work out but it was perfect. Our guide was Isabella and as we knew very little about the Alhambra, we found her to be well informed and charming. She spoke perfect English, we were all given a headset so we could hear her but in fact it probably... More

Our guide Ana (Ana Belen her id card said) was truly excellent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth every penny for sure, including jumping the big queue for Alhambra. She was able to convey her passion for the place to our small group of eight people and took good care of her group. From our previous experiences, "guides" usually try... More

Don't get me wrong. Isabella was a good guide, polite and informative. That said, she could told us anything about Alhambra. We wouldn't have known the difference. The mark up on the tickets was a lot. The lines were short in June. The notion of jumping ahead of lines was of very limited value. Just be aggressive and push forward.... More

We visited Alhambra with Chus as a guide. Everything was perfect: organization (including a change of the time schedule of which we were informed in due time), very sympathic guide, explanations, duration of the visit (no hurry)

It was quite an experience to see the magnificent Alhambra and it is for me extra interesting because I am originally from Iraq and I have known the small and narrow streets . The only problem a visitor with handicap will certainly face if he is using a wheelchair that the stairs are not accessible for him.

We bought our Tickets online for this trip and it worked out fine. I would like to say first and foremost that our tour guide Isabella was absolutely top notch. She spoke excellent English and was most informative and really knows her stuff and is probably the best guide I have had on a tour like this. Just a couple... More

We were very pleased with our guided tour through the Alhambra complex. Our guide, Maria Jesú, was very didactic and clear in her Spanish. She stopped and let us all 13 people get together before starting an explanation. We were all given a portable headset for listening to her explanations so it was not necessary for us to strive to...
