we always stay at carihuela beach at "pilars" where you can rent cheap sun chairs and umbrellas. friendly staff.

Love this part of Torremolinos. all the pathed streets. With the shops. bars and resturants spilling out onto them. Everybody just walks on the front at night till the early hours.

Clean sandy beach. The umbrellas are far apart. Mattress is the sun loungers. Kindly staff. Toilets only in the restaurant. Only one shower.

If you want to take some time off and relax then this is where you want to be. Pleanty of hotel and restaurant where you can enjoy your stay

We love the Carihuela area which was once only a little fishing village and is in between Torremolinos and Benalmadena. The whole promenade is very pleasant, with little shops selling clothes, bags, shoes, jewellery etc. and lots of cafés and restaurants and a nice beach with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. the playa La Carihuela is very clean and very easy for disabled friendly people lots of stop offs for you to rest and take in the sea and lots of restaurants bars and the beach is cleaned every morning safe for children too.
