Torremolinos is good for shopping with lovely squares but lots of steps which lead down to the beach, so can be difficult for pushchair. The beach is good with restaurants all along. There are some good cafe bars too. There is little history in the town but plenty in Malaga if that's your thing. Plenty of areas where you can... More

You find a variety of beach bars / cafés that serve good food cooked on site. The beach umbrellas and beds cost between 4and 5 euro for the day. Some give a free bottle of water, some have great waiter service and each beach business has their own beach bar and sun bathing areas. Very nice, the service guys are... More

TORREMOLINOS is nice in the day but there is quite a walk DOWN and back UP from the bus stop to the beaches. Bus number 120 at About 1 euro 20. To go to Torremolinos stay on the side of the road closest to the sea. Kids under four travel free. If you are unsure, try to get a seat... More

Good wee holiday destination. Not too quiet but not ott busy or too noisy, either. Lovely right along this coast and plenty to see and do. Stunning view of the mountains to the north. Built on a hillside , you have to walk down to the beach (takes about ten minutes, leisurely stroll from Square down through the wee windy... More

Cannot praise this costa too much, been here numerous times and never been disappointed. Right from windmill roundabout in benalmadena to torremolinos there is a superb promenade with easy walking and places to sit and rest. Loads of bars and restaurants, some you think maybe expensive but they are not and they cater for all requests, whether you want tapas... More

If you are going to this beach with small kids be careful. The beach where land meets water is very shingly and has a mean drop off just where the water gets above your knees (that's adult knees) and it's right in the swell which makes you unstable on your feet but it is a good clean beach.
