Beautiful area with many shops, restaurants and bars. Walk along the promenade in the evening to Benalmadena marina, or to San Miguel street in Torremolinos. Views amazing, and atmosphere relaxing.

There is a lovely square with a bar where you can sit in the morning with a lovely coffee soaking up the sun. If... More

Lovely beaches to the east of Torremolinos. Plenty of beach areas with sunbeds and umbrellas to hire for the day. Many of these are serviced from one of the beach front bars/restaurants, have beach waiter service and free WiFi. There are lots and lots of bars and fish restaurants. Go along the street that runs parallel behind the promenade and... More

After a long year my wife and I needed a break. A break that didn't require much/any driving, where everything was to hand and of a quality that would be comforting. La Carihuela ticked must of the boxes for us. Relaxed now....
