Description: Marbella Club Golf Resort is a perfect blend of nature, golf, horse...
Marbella Club Golf Resort is a perfect blend of nature, golf, horse riding, unique restaurant and service excellence. It is located in a beautifull setting with gorgeous views over the African coast, Mediterranean Sea, Rock of Gibraltar and Benahavis Mountains, only a few minutes drive West of Marbella. The golf course was designed and built by famous golfer Dave Thomas. It is a par 72 course with amazing tee shots, breathtaking views and excellent fairways and greens. Most holes are separated by forestry areas so in most cases the player feels exclussively alone on the course. Marbella Club Golf Resort is owned by the best hotels in Marbella, Marbella Club Hotel & Thalasso SPA and Puente Romano Hotel. Only guests staying at either hotel, resort residents and a limitted number of visitors are allowed on the course each day to ensure privacy, excellent service and a peaceful round of golf. The Restaurant in the Club House is simply excellent. It is elegantly decorated in a colonial style and it has a friendly atmosphere. The new menu launched in november 2012 is innovative and diverse, from a selection of sandwiches to the finest fishes and most exclussive wines.

Be aware of RedSeven. I booked through them for a group of 14 girls. We were all very excited and happy thinking we were booking a fun filled week of activites, without the hastle of organising it ourselves. If we would have thought a bit more the hotel and flights would have been MUCH cheaper to book ourselves. Personally RedSeven... More

My friends and I have been playing here for over 10 years and never get bored .We try other courses but always return . It is out of the way near Benahavis but worth the journey , what we also love is the fantastic clubhouse , the terrace is superb as is the food , which you would expect as... More

Have played this course several times (and all others on the Costa). I like Marbella Club. A bit difficult to find (it is not particularly near the sea like some courses), but well worth the effort. A quite big course swooping up and down. Some blind shots mean 1st time out you might not get the best line. Buggies on... More

just brilliant golf in probably one of the best golf resorts on the Coast. Relaxing atmosphere and no crowd golfing like on many of the courses at the Costa.

Played here when staying at the Puente Romano. This is quite an experience. the course is cut right into the hills north of Benahavis - about a 20 to 30 minute bus journey away from the Puente Romano. Quite a decent test of golf.... the course is unwalkable for humans, and will remain attractive to the hardiest of mountain goats.... More

Stop looking any further. Ring and make the booking. Play 36 holes, not 18. Make sure you get lunch on the terrace. This a flawless experience. The golf holes really are exceptional - one after the other until you think you can't get any better....until you arrive on the 18th tee and promptly decide this is where you'd like your... More

Superb golf set up. Great welcome from senior members if committee. Course was a really good test and in good condition however, a bit poor round about some of the greens. Needs to be repaired and GUR implemented. Will play again !

Dear Customer, Thanks for your feedback. We are glad you liked our premises although they are not the cheapest. Please understand quality and exclussivity can only be sustained by prices above the average, however we believe the price difference is worthwhile considering we allow a maximum of 80 to 90 players per day and have an average of 20 minutes... The golf course is very challenging and has the most breath taking views from the hills to the sea. The terrace overlooking the 18th is a lovely place to enjoy the beer and food.
