We decided to visit here as had seen the already great reviews on here. Wow! Firstly the bus trip out to it is really simple and only takes 15-20 minutes. The moment you see the actual building you will be impressed! It's so beautiful! Can't believe that it used to be a factory. Anyway, the actually museum is really well... More

housed in an old tobacco factory the building is magnificent. The car collection is wonderful with a huge variety. Particularly liked the way that each car was paired with a period dress appropriate to the vehicle. A great touch

Housed in Malagas old Tobacco Factory you will find an extraordinary (private) collection of vintage cars, Hispano Suiza, Auburn, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Cadillac, Buick and many many more. In conjunction with the cars there is also an exhibition of vintage fashion of Balenciaga, Schiaparelli, Givenchy, Dior, Cassini among others. Displays with discription of both cars and fashion are in... More

We have just returned from a short city break to Malaga and whilst there was very fortunate to visit the Museo Automovilistico. The collection of cars is absolutely superb with a the history of the vehicle and the fashion of the era also present. The cars are spaciously displayed thereby making the tour extremely pleasant with not to rush or... More

Not easy to get to but well worth making the effort. A lot of vehicles that you cannot otherwise see.

This was a wonderful experience. There are many, many cars displayed in this museum and what I truly appreciated was the way they were displayed. Of course, we started with the oldest cars, making our way to the newest, but beside almost every car there is a designer dress of that time period that shows how one (generally a person... More

We went to the museum by chance, we picked up a leaflet and having a spare day in Malaga (a lovely city we visit often on route to Nerja) we decided to walk to the museum from the centre of Malaga, it took about 35 minutes though I understand the No.16 bus goes there. The museum is housed in a... More

What an excellent place to visit. If you are interested, not only in cars, but also the fashions of the period late 19th until mid 20th century, it is one of the best places to visit. No parking problems. A beautifully organised display of cars, clothing and hats of that period. Truly recommendable!

We have been to Malaga lots of times and were amazed we had missed this hidden gem.The museum is in a beautiful building and had an exhibition of the electric car project sponsored by a consortium from Japan car manufacturers, the Spanish government and other private sector businesses. The lady on site was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the... More
