A must see building on a visit to Malaga. We didn't know what to expect for our first visit but this was such an amazing building. It looks like a wide area but they squeezed the most exquisite buildings into the small square.

We didn't go in (I'm actually not sure if you are able to go inside) but the façade is amazing. Anyone traveling with camera needs to stop here. It's not far from the "Plaza de Consitucion". Worth a stop.

The mass, at most last 30-45 minutes. The homilies have been beautiful and the ambiance is meditative. Monday - Friday: 7:20 9:30 10:30 12:30 19:30

I happened on this church as I was walking home at twilight. A service was just finishing and the congregation who were clearly people of the neighbourhood were socializing and visiting with the nuns. The church is one of the simpler ones in interior design but very pretty none the less.

The Sacred Heart Church is one of my favorite churches in Malaga because it is very beautiful. I especially like the wonderful stained glass windows that were made by the famous firm Maumejean.

La Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón was built as recently as 1920, yet it has all the Gothic charm of an ancient cathedral. Málaga, EspañaThe Sacred Heart Church (Sagrado Corazón) is located at the Plaza de San Ignacio, adjacent to Calle Compania and very close to the Plaza de la Constitucion. It is somewhat set back from the street, so it... More

You'll not miss this church when you walk around the city of Malaga as this as big as Cathedral in Rome.

We did not have a chance to go inside; however the outside architecture is beautiful to look out. We also had the opportunity of being in Malaga on a Sunday; so we got to see the procession that starts and ends at this Church ever Sunday. The procession goes all around the Old City of Malaga, with a marching band... More

It's beautiful ....! An impressive façade. The Church of the Sacred Heart is located in the Plaza de San Ignacio de Loyola, in the historic city center. Built by the Jesuits in 1920, as plotted project by architect Fernando Guerrero Strachan.
