Its such a novel park, a wonderful sandy avenue through amazing shaped bushes and trees (topiary) with little fountains in the flower beds. Children love it and if you walk towards the sea side of the park, they will discover well faked up dinosaurs in the little lake and flying in the trees. There'a a small children's' play area at... A decorative park with rare trees and shrubs from all over the world, many cut into topiary. Lots of benches and fountains, so a nice stroll even in the hottest weather. Lots of play things for children, a dinosaur lake, birds in aviaries, an open air cafe good for a cold drink, but food only average. Work is in hand... More

Nice for a stroll! I went walking around this park while visiting a friend that was studying on a Spanish exchange back in 2006. It was quite a nice little place to stroll around with some very creative top-end gardening work.

This beautiful park is running along parallel to the sea. It has lovely benches and fountains. We were there in November when it was green and lush. It must be a delightful oasis in the summer.

Our Parador was located next to the park. We enjoyed the opportunity to leisurely walk through the park and find many stations to sit & relax. Watch the ocean and life pass by. The park is well maintained and there are many different species of trees and flowers that are well identified. If in Cadiz, you should take the time... More

This park is wonderful, the trees are amazingly shaped and it is located right by the sea. It is a good place to chill out after a busy day.

Park Genoves is located at the northern edge of Cadiz, a city located on a peninsula, so the park overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Its a lovely green space with mature trees, a pond, grotto, fountains, flower beds and lots of seating. At the time of our visit there was building work in progress constructing shops & restaurants on the sea... More

After walking around Cadiz for several hours we were in need of some peace and quiet. We headed for Park Genoves which is near Caleta Beach, and were not disappointed. This is an amazing park, the peace only disturbed by the noisy parrots flying between the trees. There is a wide central avenue of wonderful trees and shrubs with many... More
