I couldn't visit it thouroughly, because there was a mass going on. It's interesting, but if you have other places in your list to visit, don't be sad if you miss this.

I couldn't visit it thouroughly, because there was a mass going on. It's interesting, but if you have other places in your list to visit, don't be sad if you miss this.

The San Nicolas de Villa church is indeed very beautiful, but very small. Some people might not like it so if you're not into churches don't bother going.

The San Nicolas de Villa Church is quite interesting because the style of the church is Gothic-Mudejar. The bell tower has the Mudejar style and was constructed at the end of the 15th century and calls attention because of its height. The interior however does not have much of interest.

Culturally and architecturally is a great spot to visit, impossible to miss it in the historic center of the city, what was once a mosque today is very visible the beautiful bell tower, quite different from the most common bell that we all know, in fact it thanks to its shape resembles very much like a minaret to remember the... More

San Nicolás is built in a place where there was a Mosque until medieval times. The church tower still shows reminiscence of its base, an arab minarete. Truly the actual town center.
