The tower itself is interesting and the view from the top is wonderful. But the audio tour can be a bit long winded with too much introductory and transition music. The admission fee is a bit pricey but does include the audio tour.

If you love museums and love learning new things: GO THERE! Even if it is small, you still learn a lot! And you can go on the roof from where you have a great view of your surroundings! It even has a little modell of the mezquita!

An interesting building right at the end of the Roman bridge. The ticket includes headphones guided tour. The first room is a fairly long recorded presentation by ancient scholars - quite interesting but a it is a bit too long. There is awonderful model of the Mezquita, and of the Alambra. the view from the top of the building is amazing.

An interesting building right at the end of the Roman bridge, which is why we went in. Relatively low admission includes the electronic (headphones) guided tour. The first room is a fairly long recorded presentation by ancient scholars - quite interesting but a it is a bit too long - many people were leaving part way through. Much of the... More

This audio guided museum is a great introduction into the history of Córdoba. Great views too of the Roman bridge and the Mosque from the tower.

Roman ridge is just south of the Cathedral-Mosque of Córdoba, so you may visit it as an extension. Long stone bridge with arches, and Rio Guadalquivir passing below, is great for taking pictures. There is also wooden Water wheel on one side.

If you're in Cordoba, one must cross the magnificent Roman bridge and visit the Calahorra Tower, which houses an extremely interesting museum. And the 360 degree view from the roof terrace is amazing ! Highly recommended !

Go just for the view back across the river. Take a picture on the bridge looking back to Cathedral / Mosque. This would be the only reason to cross and see the tower apart from some good exercise.

We went into the Museum thinking it would contain some history of the Roman Bridge and Tower but it contained neither. We were very disappointed and felt that an opportunity to tell the story of the Bridge and the associated water works had been missed. The museum contained some amazing models of the Mezquita and other things but not what... More
