We were in awe at the size and history in this Cathedral and Mosque. It was more than we expected and is, to date, the most awe inspiring place I have visited in Spain.

Gorgeous, grandiose, breathtaking.
This amazing structure combines two religions & centuries of conflict in a city which also has a barrio named Juderia. It also has the most soaring, beautiful masonry, and at ground viewing level, evidence of "regular" mason's work. The gold is evident everywhere.
Spend an entire day looking up, and around. It's Disneyland for informed adults.
