I grew up closeby and until the curtain came down, no tourist could come here. Still today there are only few and you will feel far off the beaten track. Nice views over the countryside and well reconstructed after a large fire in the 1980s. Closeby is the lost village of Billmuthausen directly at the old borderline, if you are... More

We did not find this place in a tour guide book. We were lost and looking at our German GPS (NAVI) and it told us that there was a castle nearby.
