Just a couple of stops from the HBF, this is really a great place to keep on one's agenda. U-Bahn's stop directly at its entrance makes it relatively easier even for people who don't like to tangle up into maps. Very open park with big well kept lush gardens and enough spaces to sit and enjoy the day. Do visit... More

I took a bike tour through the city of Dusseldorf. We ended in the Nordpark. It's a great place to explore.

A clean, neat park with some beautiful trees and flowers as well as water features and a lovely Japanese Garden. Best for us on a nice Summer day.

The park is in its glory in springtime and in summer. A wonderful selection of plants and in parts a distinctive Japanese flavour. Eating, drinking and picnicking opportunities for the whole family.

Nordpark is very nice and relaxing. Nice garden and fountain. It has a adjacent kid's play area too.

Nordpark is very nice and relaxing, containing small but beautiful japanese garden, although as of june 10 aquazoo and couple parts of park was under construction (succulents area). There is small kids playground and nearby public toilets. You can cross the road at the end of park and watch the river traffic/Rheintower.

Nordpark is definitely one of Düsseldorf's best parks. It has a Japanese garden which is great, a little break from the world, but the contaminated water broke the ambience of the garden. The place is quite big and it takes some time to venture through it. AquaZoo is also located there but it was closed due to some constructions. If... More

The Nordpark is an amazing and diverse park, with anything you can wish for: space, grassy fields, trees, flowers, fountains, playgrounds. Even a Japanese garden. And an Aqua Zoo. To top it all off, it's strangely empty. Somehow, not many people go here, which surprises me a little more every time I'm here.
