The Konigsalle is famous in Dusseldorf and has all the luxury shops lined up on it. the entire area is very upscale and there are many bank offices around. In the middle there is a small tree lined river. The Konigsallee is great for a stroll and window shopping. It is also in the heart of Dusseldorf, so to get... More

If you need to get a Gucci bag or something of that nature you are in luck. If you want something local and/or not a chain move on. But the area is pleasant to stroll through.

I didn't have any idea of what downtown Dusseldorf would be like but was amazed walking along the Konigsallee as all the upmarket fashion houses are represented. Even Tiffany's has a store! A "must-do" for the "shop till you drop" crowd or the more modest window shopper!

I travel to Düsseldorf quite often for work. I thoroughly enjoy the city center, the shopping and restaurants nearby. I would recommend you visit this location you are ever in the area.

At Königsallee you can find everything you want; Most top shops. When rainy there are a lot of shopping malls. Franzen has a wide range of china, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils.

We had heard a lot about this place but it was not that great. May be because we went there in Autumn.. but we didn't find it that exciting. It is surrounded by all the Big Brand Showrooms & Malls.

This aptly-named king of the shopping streets offers all of the fancy brands one could hope for. Somewhat offensively, many of the stores station large-ish dudes in dark suits just inside the door in to dissuade the riffraff. The adjoining shopping arcades offer more approachable shops and protection from the elements. Regardless of one's view of overt capitalism, the variety... More

Fun area for window shopping or real shopping with a pleasant walk and both sides of a small river and natural area.
