If you like shopping - actually I don't... but I still enjoy strolling down the streets every now and again. This is the best place to people watch! haha

The Königsallee (the King’s Avenue) is a boulevard in the D’orf. The Kö (as you call it when you want to blend in) is noted for both the landscaped canal that runs along its centre, as well as for having the highest concentration of women in fur coats anywhere North of the Alps. The story of how the Kö got... More

I would love to have this kind of "allee" in my city. Perfect combination of modern shops in a classic and green urban environment. Shops are exclusive and a bit pricey but a nice walk down the alley doesn't cost anything.

If you want to combine shopping in expensive shops and a stroll, Konigsallee is the street for you, when in Dusseldorf. Many nice brands available. However, the street can get crowded, even during the week, at all hours. If you just want to window shop and pass the time, make sure you do it before 12 pm.

Lots of shops bordered with trees and a canal. Enjoyable in summer. Expensive shops. Not too many restaurants there. Nice to walk by. You must go there is you visit Dusseldorf.

This is a very pretty street during Christmas but due to globalization you could be anywhere as shops include H&M, Zara Home and other global brands. There are a few other upmarket shops that you won't find elsewhere. However I should not complain too much about globalization because when I broke the heel of my boots I knew that I... More

The street is known for it many shops that offer a wide variety of items. There is everything for the discerning shopper. Nice to do shopping, nice to take a break in one of the many cafes or restaurants. The place for Xmas shopping, but actually also for all year round....
