Great place to shop or sit in a cafe and people watch. I walked along here on my way to the Altstadt and really enjoyed it.

It's very picturesque with its tree-lined canal, restaurants with tables outside and a nice easy strolling feel about it. The Kings Avenue is still appropriate today but as a symbol of modern riches and rebuilt grandeur. A nice tree lined street with a 'canal' down the middle, great for a stroll, benches for sitting, very clean for a city center (lots of trash recepticals). The highest end shopping. Cross between Rodeo Drive and 5th Avenue. A few blocks from Old Town and a nice stroll. Safe, clean, pretty street.
