This is across the river from the main tourist area. I would suggest walking along the railway bridge with all of the locks to get there. The views of the city are excellent, particularly as you can see the Dom very clearly. It is worth 3 euros to see, however you'll probably only spend about 10 minutes on the roof... More

Worth a few Euros to go to the top and enjoy panoramic views of the greater Cologne area. Graphics on the glass walls serve as a tour guide to the landmarks. There's also a pretty good Mexican restaurant a couple blocks to the West.

Walked from our hotel towards the city and stumbled upon this place. Only a few euros to go up. The lift was very quick and the views were amazing. Nice clear and sunny day!

As a building it's a relatively mundane glass skyscraper, but for the cheap entry price for the lift to the roof it's definitely worth it. You can look at all 360 angles of the city from up there (although one side is more interesting than the rest) and there are some nice decals on the windows, that while not strictly... More

The attraction provides a nice overview over the city of Cologne, and a good option in case you have some time left while visiting Cologne. It costs something like 2-3 euro per person to go up, so that should not stop you. Do note that there can be waiting lines to go up and down (around 15-20 min each way).

Small entrance fee. Elevator to 28th floor. Then 360 degree view. We loved the decals on the windows so you knew what you were looking at. Would recommend a visit.

As this building has a lift it is much more accessible than the equivalent view from the Dom on the other side of the Rhine. The 360 degree was spectacular and it was interesting just to watch the trains coming and going below. The attraction was reasonably priced compared to other similar attractions.

Even though it's on the "bad side" of Köln where you're only supposed to find the park and Bootshaus, the sight is great. The elevator really fast but you'll probably have to make a bit of a line, not so long though. The view at the top is 360 degrees and you get a great view of the "good side"... More
