the museum is in overall very good condition, however more description for english language visitors would help. The interactive part in a separate building across the yard especially appealed to our 12 year old who really enjoyed learning about the great composer this way. Unfortunately wheelchair access is not possible...but that is not really surprising in such an old historic... More

The house is a bit hidden, but with but if help easy to find, staff was very friendly, inside the museum you get to learn a lot about Beethoven and that era. Everything was impressive, ur not allowed to take pics but that's fine with me.

It was interesting, good value for money but not much to do. Glad I went to it but wouldn't go again.

It's interesting to see if you are in Bonn and have an hour to kill, but I sure wouldn't make a special trip for it! I wish his music were piped throughout the house.

Beethoven's birth house (and a small garden) turned into museum, fascinating place with preserved unique documents and objects- it gives you an insight to Beethoven's life not only as a composer but also as a child, his first steps in music world, through the adolescence and challenges and success he achieved as a world-famous composer. It's also remarkable to learn... More

This is the house where Beethoven was born and where he lived in Bonn. It isn't a very big house, but when visiting it, you can learn a lot from Beethoven and his life. If you have enough time, you can book a Beethoven concert there too... musicians play in a small room and it is almost a private concert...... More

nice building, gives good overview of his life but missed music - you only had music when you rented a auto guide

Visiting the home where Beethoven was born was a great experience from the original house to many instruments. Right downtown Bonn. Beautiful city

It was a nice experience, you get to see some historical items from Beethoven's life, read and learn a bit, not an overwhelming experience but it's kind of special in its own way.

From the moment when Beethoven was born, when taken to the room where he born, an amazing journey to walk through his home and be shown the highlights of his life. Equipped with a pamphlet, detailing the displays in every room, or if listening by audio the audience walk side by side with him. The computer room is what I... More
