If you are a Beethoven fan, this is a must-do. Fascinating to walk in this great man's footsteps, to be in the rooms where he lived. Definitely worth seeing.

It was quite small but have quite an extensive of collection. It's great to see all the music instruments, piano sheets with Beethoven's own hand writing on display. For those who don't know German, they provide an English brochure for you to refer to. I just wish that their staffs can speak more English, so we could get more details... More

Simple and brief: overrated, crowded and not friendly. Unfortunately, perhaps with a different and wider opening hours, the visit would be friendlier to tourists.

Nothing interested for those who don't know who is Beethoven:) Anyway, for children it was boring. Entrance cost money.

I decide to make use of my Bonn visitors pass which I purchase from the tourist centre. This allowed me free access to this house. It is small and well kept. I learn a lot about this composor. Worth the visit.

Astonishing little museum, a real gem, which displays the magnitude of supporters' admiration. Suitable location, in the central area. Especially fascinating were the medical instruments to facilitate Beethoven's damaged hearing and original musical instruments. A must visit for all true admirers of Beethoven's divine music

If you are a music lover you will appreciate seeing this tribute to a great musician. This is a small museum, conveniently located in the heart of town. It takes you back in time with its photos and articles from Beethoven's life, including his death mask and the room where he was born. And all with great music to listen... More

Small fee, but worth it. Lovely old house in the main city shopping area. Interesting history of Beethoven's early life. Good for people who have an interest in Beethoven, Classical Music or who just enjoy having a variety of knowledge and wide ranging interests. There was someone practicing for a piano concert when we went, which really added to the... More

A must visit if you are into classical music. There is a library where you could listen to the entire collection. Everything is beautifully restored.
