The museum is OK but the art gallery is absolutely outstanding. Quite simply one of the best provincial galleries I have ever visited. Whether your tastes are modern of classical, you'll find something to enjoy here.

A great collection of both modern and classical art and paintings. The sculptures by Ernst Barlach are particularly worth a visit.
