I should preface this review by saying that we only visited the pools and didn't partake in any sauna treatments. We love visiting the Thermalbad in Aachen, so we were really looking forward to visiting Wiesbaden, which is also known for its mineral springs. However there is no comparison between the two. This place was such a letdown! The atmosphere... More

Spend a day or two at this thermalbad... taking advantage of every treatment available including the oriental mud room... OMG... inexpensive for what you get and my skin has never felt so good and glowed so much. I dream of this place to this very day.... at least 2 times a week. I am planning my next trip back soon.

In June 2013 my wife and I went with a delegation from Kfar Saba,Israel, to our twin city Wiesbaden.Wiesbaden is a well known spa town even from Roman Times. There are still remains of the Roman wall and Roman Statues. The Thermal baths were quite an experience.20 euro with no time limit. The centre of town is the same as it was 500... I was recently on a business trip that took me through Frankfurt. I had a day layover and was able to train (local) to Wiesbaden to enjoy the town and Thermalbad Aukammtal. (late April 2014). Thermalbad Aukammtal has numerous saunas to enjoy (dry and steam), pools, jacuzzis, and sunshine. Contrary to some of other other reviews, I found all part... More

This thermalbad is a reliable place to visit in Wiesbaden. Not the best but far from the worst. There is an indoor and outdoor portion that each have several "stations" where you can enjoy different high pressure water nozzel "thingies" to give you a light massage. These turn on and off in a cycle around the pool so you can... More

This is a great thermalbad in Wiesbaden. There are 2 large spa pools to sit back and relax. Many different temperature saunas for you to experiment with. There is also a large cold pool if you are brave enough to go into. In the bottom area of the Thermalbad I had a hot stone massage and my husband had a... More

Had wonderful day there this month, been there many times and the price is well worth it. At present 18euros a day. Food in bistro is good and choice of saunas mind boggling. Surrounding park lovely too.

This is a spa for people who take sauna and hamman very serious. For about 15 EUR or so you enter into a large area with two floors where you have about 8 different saunas and hammans with different temperature and humidity. You can also go into the big pool for a few euros more. There is also the possibily... More

It is not a very beautiful place but it is very pleasant to be in such warm water. Don't expect to swim a lot, it is more a kind of giant spa.

wonderful place to swim and relax. The restaurant is very good and has a nice variety of meals for both lunch and dinner.
