We spent a wondefful day at Kaiser Freidrich Therme last week. While we combined the spa visit with massages, the day would still have been great if we only spent time in the spa. It's good value for a very relaxing expereience in a pristine environment. If we're ever back in Germany we'll be sure to visit again.

After a pleasant experience at the Taunus Therme in Bad Homburg the previous day, we decided on a visit to the more traditional, 101 year old Kaiser Friedrich in Wiesbaden. Resplendent in art nouveau style, the spa offers two saunas, hot water baths, two steam rooms, a cold pool for swimming and a cold plunge pool, and various areas for... More

Fairly easy to find in Wiesbaden. It was our second time at this very European style health spa. Yes, everyone is naked and this is coed. If you are very modest or shy about your body, then this is not the place for you. There are bodies and appendages of all sorts of sizes and shapes so no need to... More

So relaxing. Be aware, my fellow Americans, the Germans bare all. A nice variety of rooms with various temps available.

Old roman style. You will find many different saunas with different temperature, a steam room, swimming pools and quiet rooms for rest. Not expensive, you will pay for the time you'll stay. Please note Tuesday is women day.

Great place! Old Roman architecture..building with ancient style. You can find plenty of different saunas - including standard and Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, steam room. Everywhere are swimming pools, showers.. Rooms for relaxation and rest. It worth every cent - not expensive at all.

The Therme are quite the experience. Very relaxing. It offers lots of different bathes/pools at different range of temperature. Idem for the saunas and steam bathes. It also provides room to take a nap or just relax. The staff is very friendly and offers explanation for the locker rooms and the therme. Indeed you have to be nude in the... More

We went twice to the spa whilst visiting Frankfurt. Just get over the no clothes and enjoy the total relaxation (if you go midweek, it is frequented by older locals so you would find the nudity easier to cope with). My wife and I were totally relaxed after 3 hours of sauna and spas. The old fashioned architecture adds to... More

Just wanted to alert those who may not know that this Thermal Bath does NOT allow swimsuits as they are thought to bring the possibility of bacteria into the spa. If you prefer to be with women only, plan your visit for Tuesdays, which are reserved for women. We did not see this rather important fact (to us, anyway) mentioned... More
