Quite charming and interesting zoo, forest and activities. I came here with my class of 4 to 8 year olds and they immensely enjoyed it! Bring food and drink just in case you don't like what is sold there. It is accessible by public transportation.

The park is completely free. They even have free parking. I believe we went around 1030 or 1100 and they were feeding the bears and the wolf. It was cool to watch and one of the bears knew a trick. We will be going back.

I love this park. Large with many beautiful animals to view. Wheel chair or stroller are easy to use. A nice playground is available with benches to sit on and have a picnic. IT IS FREE. They do appreciate if you come in and buy for a small amount ( 1 Euro per bag ) animal food to fee the... More

We went here with the family (7 adults 4 children) after eating close by and this was my first trip but with a young daughter I know it won't be my last. You can wander around and view the different animals, feed some of them, and the kids just love it. Place for them to play and have fun and... More

Great day out for the kids bonus it was free it was under construction during our visit but that didn't stop us having fun. A little shack there for snacks drinks and pommes and bratwurst. Loads of people take picnic baskets but there are loads of wasps so beware !

A good place to spend a sunny weekend, even if you are a grown up. Went there a sunny Sunday in December with my husband. Took leisurely strolls through the big park. Watched the foxes, or Racoons being fed and their cute gestures during feeding time. The deer can be hand fed. There were other small animals too. Lambs and... More

This is an example of what Germany does really well...NATURE! Free and lots of fun for kids. I love that my kids can see and feed animals and have lots of fun on the playground.

The Tierpark Fasanerie is located in a very nice area of Wiesbaden with fresh air and surrounded by forest. Entry is for free and many animals can be seen. Highlights are the bears (of course not in winter time!) and wolfes. But the others are interesting and impressive as well. There is a big area for birds incl. some owl.... More

Great place to take children on a sunny weekend. There will be many more people with the same thought, but there is ample parking and the place never seems overrun. In addition to animals, there is a big play area for kids, all at no cost. There is a small restaurant there, where we ate one year for Mother's Day,... More

Even if crowded at the beginning, on the way up you will loose the crowds. A very educational playground and pathway up and down to make your kids hopefully tired. The entry is for free so you will not feel guilty if your kid decides to play all the time at the playgroud.
