Very nice and beautiful building. Many nice shops and cafes. The surrounding area is great as well with lots of shops and restaurants.

On the street of Zeil (central shopping street of Frankfurt). It has very attractive design for a mall. New German architecture. It was interesting for me. There was many shops in it and huge Saturn electronic market. You should eat some ice cream there.. And you may take a photo of Zeil street from the top of the mall.

We stumbled across this place whilst looking for the viewing platform on the 9th floor of the Zeil shopping centre. It’s a funky and unusual indoor mini golf, and for just 5 euro it was a fun and enjoyable way to waste a couple of hours. I especially enjoyed trying to manoeuvre my golf ball around lots of crockery set... More

If you have a long layover at FRA you can take the train downtown and walk around and check out the shops, get a beer and a bite to eat, etc.

Shopping or just strolling and "people watching" in the Frankfurt Zeil is worthwhile, often there are outdoor festivals on also. There is a large glass building with a hole designed right through the centre of it, very worth seeing.

We liked it very much because of the very big variety of everything we found there. The main thing there was the English-speaking everyone. I wanted to buy a X-box game and after I ve chosen the games, I found the seller asking me if I'll use it in Germany, what is the system of my TV? and if I... More

We had a 14 hour layover in Frankfurt, so we left the airport and killed some time here. It's a nice shopping center with a large variety if stuff for sale. We didn't really buy anything, but we had fun browsing. The employees I encountered were very polite and helpful. I do not speak very good German, and I appreciated... More

The selection of items is huge, but I do not expect to wait 15 minutes to get help, after asking for help. Especially not the client manager dispatches three others in the time she takes to retrieve a specific item to me. As I see it, I get bored and leave. I was genuinely interested in buying the item. Worst... More

The Galerie is a great shopping area, with the Galleria being a very typical department store by American standards. Many employees there dress as casually as the customers, and it is sometimes hard to find someone to help you. However, once you find someone, many speak English if you do not speak German. Be prepared to play a few rounds... More
