My boyfriend and I got there approximately one hour before closing, so we got a discount ticket, which I find more than fair. However, we ended up being unfair to ourselves, going there so late, because the museum is really interesting and educational and we were sorry for not having more time to visit. Next time I visit Frankfurt, I'm... More

This is a great museum. Not only for children but for all ages. We visited the natural museum in washington, dc and was fantastic and this one comes pretty close to washingtons. From dinos, elephants, insects, the anatomy area, birds of all kinds. Everything presented fantastic. You would need 3 hours if not more to go through it. Not enough lockers... More

If you are not a bird lover or fish lover, my advise not to visit there. Nothing much to see and it is a waste of money. Rather spend money on something worth while like shopping in their Christmas Market :) :)

The museum is excellent. The variety of displays is immense; from dinosaurs to Egyptian mummies to human evolution, all were very well displayed and thoroughly interesting. With our English student cards we bought tickets at the front desk for only €4.50 which is a bit of a bargain considering the costs of other Frankfurt attractions. We spent around 5 hours... More

I loved every minute of my day here. To be able to see the replica of 'Lucy' in the human evolution exhibit was a highlight of my holiday. Although a lot of information was in German, most of the exhibitions also had English information. Excellent value for money since we spent nearly 5 hours here on a rainy day and... More

So this museum has good exhibits to look at but that's about because everything is in German so if you wished learn any cool facts I don't suggest you go here. The information that is given is also very basic and very limited.

This museum packs a lot of impressive displays in a small space over 3 floors. We most enjoyed the dinosaurs, but there's heaps of other fossils, gems and taxidermy. We found it very kid friendly and our young kids loved it and happily spend a few hours there. Staff were friendly and helpful.
