This is an excellent orientation to Frankfurt for first time traveller like me! For people who are clueless and not sure where to start, walking tours are the best! Dave is always very knowledgeable and paced the entire tour well. There were 4 of us, including Dave, that day. And I love it being a small group because we can... More

The houses are close to Haus Wertheym (Rõmer). The only old house in Frankfurt that survived 2. World War

This was the perfect way to spend a day in Frankfurt. Dave was knowledgable and entertaining. He manages to fit in all of the salient features and history of the downtown core in a walking tour. He will also provide all sorts of suggestions for restaurants, things to do at night etc. Incredible value. Highly recommended!

Dave's extensive knowledge and sardonic sense of humor are a great combination. Exhausting but excellent. Consider offering a sit-down lunch or coffee somewhere in the middle? The breadth of information and stops was impressive. This is a great five-hour tour.

Agree with everyone else. Best walking tour we have ever taken. On our feet for four hours but the time flew by. David had the amazing combination of knowledge and a wry sense of humour. If you only have one day in Frankfurt, this is a great way to spend it.

This was such a wonderful and educational experience. This tour was the highlight of our time in Frankfurt and we are so grateful to our tour guide Jo for making it such a memorable experience. We learned and saw things we never would have found had she not showed them and explained them to us. Best of all, we were... More

This tour is a must do. Anne you are very informative, knowledgeable and welcoming. I certainly would not have got the great insight into the history of Frankfurt by trying to attempt visiting these sites on my own.

This was every bit as good as others have suggested. Terrific value for the money and so much better than a bus tour. Our tour guide was the afore-referenced Anne. Great person, interested in her work, full of information about the city. This was just a grand experience. If you want to learn as much as you can about Frankfurt... More

We had a 36-hour layover in Frankfut and came to this tour thanks to Trip Advisor. We are so glad! The pace was good, the leader (Anne) knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to the group. She set a good pace (not a stroll but not a forced march either). The route brought in a lot of the city core. Honestly, my... More

I was here for 3 days and I managed to get organised to do this on my last day. Wish I had had the energy to do it first. Greg was informative and had a great sense of humour. We saw and heard about all the relevant things The tour lasted for over 4 hours and it was never rushed.... More
