I was sceptics about Hamburg dungeon.. I am an easily scared person and I was afraid that it could be not for me. But I was wrong! The crew of the Dungeon is very nice, friendly and professional. There are scary moments and suspense but they were good mixed with history and fun moments. The little "roller coaster" are not... More

I went here with my German friends and even though my German is not so good and I couldn't understand some of the jokes, it was still amazing because of the atmosphere and actors' dedication. It is a great experience that is not only fun but helps you to know more about the city of Hamburg and its history.

I have attended one of the english tours recently. The layout and decoration of the place is great and it gives you an idea of the history of the city of Hamburg. Unfortunately the actors seemed to struggle with their english a lot. I would recommend the trip to German speakers as I know that one is heaps better!

The Hamburg Dungeon is a great place to visit to dive in the history of the city in a great rebuild and animated environment. The story and the artists are great in entertaining and all the different rooms and chapters are just great to see and experience. I highly recommend to take this tour. It's really worth.

This was the most boring place I have ever been it. Hamburg Dungeon was supposed to be scary but I have to admit that even haunted houses for kids at amusement parks are more scary than this. The woman who led us through the "scary tour" was super rude and insulted one girl as a "fat weirdo" which I found... More

What a great thing to do in Hamburg. Although I am not sure if there are tours in English. It is very funny to walk through this Dungeon encountering different actors on the way who tell you a bit about the history of Hamburg. It says it's scary outside but it's not really scary. Sometimes you'd not know where you're... More

The tour doesn't show you much about Hamburg history as it described on the website. And it's not thrilling at all. Overall, it's very boring. One old actress inside was very unfriendly. Also, it's very cold today, -6°c, and the staffs started the show a bit late, letting us waiting outside. Honestly, €23/19(online) for this show(tour) is not just a... More

Went here for the English spoken show, and was not really sure what to expect, and once it started I was very excited because of the comic and thrilling acting from the actors and actresses, the experiences. Nice to visit and get to know part of the story.

We thought, that we would be scary, but most of the time we were laughing. Not a very interesting place, I do not plan to go there anymore.
