When my bicycle broke I called in office, and they told to me they can't provide me other bicycle, and I have to bring itself him in point of hire on public transport.

The bike seat quick release did not work, the basket was also unstable and hindered . Also, when asking if bikes could be returned at other locations, I was told Yes with no mention of a surcharge costing more than 20% of the rental myself.

Great experience on the Griebnietz and Wansee lakes, the best place to escape from the busy Berlin. Just 40 minutes away from Berlin by the S Bahn, you can paddle on the lakes with nature, castles and palaces around you for a convenient price and good equipment.

We decided to do a tour of Potsdam and were very Lucky to come across this option and boy are we glad we did. What a wonderful way to see the city! Potsdam is surrounded by waterways so we were able to visit many interesting sites. We booked with an outfit called Pedales and had a native english speaker to... More

We cycled all around Potsdam in just over 3 hours. It was wonderful. The sunshine helped us explore what felt like a Hans Christian Anderson theme park! Never have I seen so many palaces, villas and mansions in one place. And so easy to get there. 20 minutes on the fast train from berlin Zoo station. Highly recommended.

My husband and I wanted to rent some bikes but we were too afraid to do so in Berlin! So on our visit to Potsdam we rented from one of the local hotels. Pedals also has a station right at the metro stop. It was a great price €12 for two bikes all day! It's really easy to pedal around... More

The idea of renting a bike from the Griebnitzsee Station sounded good, because we would spend some additional time riding. But that additional time took away from the time we could have spent in Sansouci Park or in Potsdam town. So, I would recommend getting bikes at the train station. Also, the bike ride to Potsdam was pleasant and easy... More

The rental station is right at the Griebnitzsee Station, and the dock just across the street. Our boat was in great shape, and there's no shortage of beautiful waterways and foliage around Potsdam -- plus you get great views of many of the castles, churches and bridges that make the area famous. Our tour guide was informative, spoke great English... More

I did this tour by bus but the bike is much more fun. Get the audio and listen to the tour guide you. The guys at the train station are friendly and the rental Is half price after 2pm. Worth the effort. Make sure to get there early as they only have a limited number of bikes.
