Very interesting historically

Very interesting, well presented guided tour in English. A sort of behind the scenes tour, takes about an hour.

this is a remarkable building with frescoes and history dating back 600 plus years. The tour is excellent value, get the tickets at the information centre. It also gives a good overview of the history of Bremen

I recommend taking the guided tour of the inside of the Rathaus if you have time. It is only 5 euros and only takes an hour. You get to see the inside of the historic town hall, which is beautifully decorated, and also hear about the history of the building and the city.

Lovely square, nice cafes. The statue of the Bremen Town musicians are nearby. Loved the view in the sun...

A must see. This building is protected by the UNSECO for a good reason. Even if you are not able to enter, the Town hall and the ancient buildings at this place are beautifull. My strong recommendation.

The Bremen City Hall is the seat of the President of the Senate and Mayor of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen. It is one of the most important examples of Brick Gothic architecture in Europe. Since 1973, it is protected by the monument protection act.[1] In July 2004, along with the Bremen Roland, the building was added to the... More

I didn't expect a town hall tour to be particularly amazing, but I was wrong. It is full of fascinating things to look at and learn about. The guided tours all seemed to be in German but the tour guide repeated her spiel in English for us. Highly recommended.

The Life Boat Rescue Service were holding a display here to commemorate their 150th anniversary. Very interesting with models of various life boats and souvenirs to buy.

The most beautiful building in Bremen. Very old but stylish. Great to see at night with all magical city lights.

My starter of pork dripping and bread was absolutely tasteless, not like my mum's dripping sandwiches of old ! Then my main dish of plaice was - again - quite tasteless and when I mentioned it to the waiter he agreed that plaice can be bland and if I'd sent it back the chef would have jazzed it up a... More
