Often there is a display of art or something in the open space at the ground floor. Currently the display is a good black and white historic photo journalism display

They have and continue to blend the new with the old and keep the best of each. Their buildings are working and occupied and the past is blended with the new

It really is a magnificent building and you cannot miss it. Like the rest of Bremen, just skip planning and head downtown, park your car and stroll around. You won't miss anything it is all right there.

this building was a nice place to walk past and we enjoyed the people outside of the place with a little chatting about Bremen!

Finding disabled toilets in Bremen is hard - Starbuks is just a normal toilet and you need a code to use it, Mc Donalds is up a flight of stairs, there seems a lack of public toilets compared with the UK. I am just glad I only need to go 1 or 2 a day.

our friend and local tour guide showed us around town square and gave us information about the Rathaus. It was raining, but was still beautiful to see

Very nice historic building. Next to that there is Cathedral church with beautiful architecture and must see. Evenings are very pleasant and can spend time in going around for shopping near by. Dont forget to buy German Choclates :)

Didn't get a chance to go in. But I could reason why it has been given the World Heritage status. Lovely really intriguing Gotic architecture. Right next to it there's the St Peter's Cathedral, which again is quite a notable structure. Dont miss to shake a leg with the Roland (Horse) Statue right outside the town hall

This is a beautiful building. We had a guided tour, and it was very informative. There is some amazing wood work in the main hall, and some very large artwork.
