A truly beautiful cathedral, we visited the christmas market, and the cathedral plays such a beautiful rule, it is welcome to all, candles can be lite at a small fee, stalls are situated around the edges, a place to reflect the time of year, well worth a visit, free to enter, but donations are welcome.

As well as being a beautiful cathedral, it has a very interesting history if you are into the religious background of the Reformation. Well worth reading up on in advance. The museum is a pleasant surprise, and one of the better cathedral museums I have seen. Plenty of interesting exhibits.

The interior is gorgeous, beautiful art. I am not an relgious person at all, but i do appreciate architecture and art, which this place have both inside an outside.

This beautiful cathedral is a great example of religious architecture with its elegant lines & detailed wood carved pulpit. There is a museum in the back which we were only able to quickly view because it was closing. Don't miss climbing the 200+ stairs of the south tower which costs 1€. The view from all 4 sides is stunning but... More

when we were there the organist was practicing late in the day. They allowed us to sit in until they locked up for the day. It was like having a private concert. Just wonderful

Best place to see the town. We took very high stairs up to the tower, I think it costed us few euros, but totally worth it. The highest place in old town so you can see it from all four sides of tower. Stairs are very steep and narrow so it took a bit of strength - but at the... More

Another beautiful church. Go to the "quiet" room under the alter. Reverent and one of the most quiet spaces I've visited. Such a wonderful few minutes. A great organ in the cathedral. Hear it if you can.

It is definitely the place to visit for those who enjoy rather classic Gothic architecture on the outside and well restored fresco's and stained-glass windows in the interior.
