At a recent conference in Bremen, our group held a dinner for 250 in the Ratskeller Celler. Wow! It was absolutely gorgeous! Our guests enjoyed a huge buffet of beautiful and deliscious foods. Good food. Good service. Good setting. Don't miss it.

We enjoyed our one visit and it's an experience not to be missed. It was a bit more sophisticated and subdued that we expected. As mentioned there are tables and benches in the cellar as well as a few smaller booths. I believe there are guided tours on certain afternoons that take you through the cellar tunnels were many many... More

A restaurant defining culture of the city. It was very good ambience in the restaurant. The food was delicious. They have a pretty good dishes for fish.

It was really interesting to eat in a restaurant that is older than the United States! The food felt authentic, and our relative, who lives nearby, enjoys the place. The menus have English translations, and most of the staff speaks English as well.

Had to check this out since my parents met here. Full of history, ancient frescoes, very private booths and large tables. Good food, good beer, and you might hear a group break out in German song. Loved it.

We had lunch here with German friends living locally. It wasn't particularly busy midweek, and the service was efficient and friendly. We had the set three course menu which gave some choice and was good value, and included a particularly excellent creamy spinach soup. This is a renowned German wine cellar, which stretches over an absolutely huge area under the... More

Large Ratskeller. Great massive, historic wine barrels, and private booths where busness used to get done. The food was good although a few of the dishes were not as expected. It was a very nice dining experience with some friends.

It's old and it looks like it, maybe even a bit feels like it. We got a nice small cabinet just for our selves. Had some traditional heavy meat supper. Food was good, service was good and everything worded. Yet, no big positive surprises with the food and maybe the atmosphere is a bit cold.
