The best £12 I have spent in ages! Jess, our tour guide clearly knew his stuff, was amusing, helpful and very clear. If you do nothing else in Brerlin, do this! And the Reistag!

Anyone who's had the opportunity to go to school will be aware of Berlin's historical importance, even if only slightly. When you get the chance to actually visit the city, you'll notice it is not only a city of great historical importance, but one that's entertaining and absolutely welcoming of its guests. Nevertheless, acquiring insightful knowledge about its turbulent past... More

I had a great time learning about the history of Berlin on the general introductory tour. Beth was our guide and did a great job in leading the group, telling stories, and answering any questions we had along the way. Would highly recommend anyone taking this tour on their first or second day in Berlin as it will take you... More

We booked last minute for the Behind the Iron Curtain Private Walking Tour and were guided by Carlos a very knowledgeable historian who was brimming with information. The tour was fascinating and also a great introduction to using the underground in Berlin. The pace was perfect for us. It was quite expensive but there were just the two of us... More

My husband and I took the 4-hour Hidden Berlin and all Main Sites walking tour. It was one of the best walking tours that we have experienced. This was our first time in Berlin and this tour was simply amazing. Our tour guide, Jess, was extremely knowledgeable and presented each site with a little humor and his own interpretations. His... We booked to go on the Sachsenhausen tour at the last minute and we were sure glad that we did. Our tour guide was called Dennis, a history student. Dennis made the whole day about a man who was sent to the concentration camp. The camp was a very cold place so wrap up warm and take food and drinks... More

I went on two wlaking tours with "original berlin walks". I did the "3rd reich" tour before I did the "discover berlin" tour because of the scheduling. It was November and I was there only for the weekend. I really enjoyed the "3rd reich" tour the best because of the thematic and story line approach that Dennis used to tell... More

We did the general 'introduction to Berlin' walk with Katherine, who was excellent - great grounding in the history of the city, very thoughtful and thorough - highly recommended

My boyfriend and I decided to do the walk in tour with no clear knowledge about berlin, and the whole experience was beyond our expectation, that we ended up booking three tours with them. We did the concentration camp tour, the famous walk and the third Reich tour, and uur guides were Jared, Jamie and Jim, respectively. Although the weather... More

This was an extraordinary day. Kevin was by far the best and most professional guide. He remembered all the details of the history of the site and was very knowledgable. It was not rehearsed - he was like watching a professional actor who knew his topic so intimately. A sobering experience but worth understanding the reality.
