We booked this escape tour in the recommendation of a friend in Berlin. Our teenagers were not sure they wanted to do it but all admitted it was one of the highlights of the trip for them and were so glad they did it. The games were real challenging but the staff was really good about providing hints at exactly... More

I had such a great experience with a group of friends here. The puzzles were very challenging, and had us stumped quite a few times. However they do give hints eventually, and we managed to solve the puzzle. Overall it was fun working as a team, with some people figuring out this thing, and others figuring out that thing, and... This was so much fun! It's really great to do with a group and the puzzles are challenging but not to the point you're giving up! I would absolutely recommend to do if you're in Berlin!

Very friendly staff, surreal location (inside of a real DDR bunker that was never utilized but which they left fully furnished!) and a fairly good escape some some inventive puzzles. Overall, I was very impressed with EXIT Berlin. We did it with a Group of 2... think you can escape?

Definitely the highlight of our trip! Staff were really friendly and entertaining, and so helpful. We did the prison room and it was so exciting, although hard for only 3 people. I definitely recommend this!

This place is amazing fun to go to with friends. The sets for the actual game are done really well and the props are awesome. We needed some hints along the way and the people working there were well equipped with giving hints without actually impacting the quality of the game for us. Would recommend

Loved the staff and the puzzles. It was crazy. Occasionally a bit scary, quite challenging, staff was awesome. Do it or you're missing out.

Good fun set in the original war Bunkers. You are given a mission and have to use puzzles and clues to get to your goal. Staff very friendly and my two teenage boys wanted to play all four of the Missions!

Staying in Mitte

Neighborhood Profile
Mitte
The center of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighborhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
