beautifully preserved and a lot less graffiti, but great to visit for the relaxing surroundings. Definately cycle there and through the gardens.

A nice drive out of Berlin to beautiful gardens. Touring the palace is much llike touring Versailles. Well worth the trip.

The palace is beautiful and its lake-side surroundings are inspiring. You breathe history here. In this palace, Stalin had his office, and the Potsdam treaty, after World War II was signed here. Truman and Churchil were also hosts here.

Beautiful gardens and great place to wander... Make sure to go into the windmill - it actually still works and we picked up some local, not distributed beers for just 1.50 euro in it too

Once you are there, see them. They are lovely. There is a lot of walking but the place is beautiful.

Extensive, attractive gardens surrounding the Sansouci palace. A lovely way to spend a sunny summer day.

The gardens themselves are very nice. But we started at the Neue Palais, and with the construction going on, we did not notice the main path going to Sanssouci. That is probably our fault, but a map somewhere other than along the main path would have been helpful.

I am a sucker for gardens of all sorts all over the world. Here in the Potsdam gardens of the old Prussian royalty you get a feeling of the opulence the "old Freds" enjoyed. You can enjoy a full day of taking in the gardens, statues, and palaces in the entire grounds. If you're an engineering nerd like me, you'll... More
