We all really enjoyed this tour. I think we did the tour "M". It was all about the different escape routes for the wall. A lot of the holes (excuse the pun) in my knowledge about that era in German history were filled in in a informative but not preachy way. The tour guide had a lovely way about her... More

An interesting tour of an underground Bunker used during World War 2. It was built in the 1920's but was useful during the War. Many underground rooms with artifacts from the time period. The tours run all year. Rather strenuous stair climbing but not too much for this old guy. There are opportunities to sit down in some rooms. The... More

We took the WWII bunker tour with Cnaan as our guide. We loved every minute of the tour -- how often do you get to be in a real bunker, getting details on what life was like in the war for residents, and how the bunkers operated? Our tour guide was funny, eloquent and knowledgeable. He spoke a little fast,... More

We took an Underground Tour of the bunkers under subways, it was recommended by one of our friends who were staying at our hotel. This tour was very unusual in that we got to visit the places people hid in, we saw florescent walls and all sorts of artifacts from the war here. It was very interesting, and not at... More

Outstanding tour. Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic Canadian guide (Stephanie ?) brought alive the experiences of civilians suffering in one of the last remaining air raid shelters in Berlin. I plan to do all the tours in this series, highly recommended, excellent value.

Special I was on a trip to the aerial defense bunker Flakturm Humboldthain - the trip was fascinating, good and understandable explanation. Very good chance that the next time I'll do another trip through them.

We did the tour about people trying to dig out from under the wall. It is a lot of walking and some un-even ground. The guide was amazing. Remember to buy tickets early and with cash. We learned so much and saw things that many people miss. Very educational and fascinating.

The tour is a very good opportunity to see how common people had to survive during the war, what they had to to go through. We were really impressed by the atmosphere and by the facts and stories we heard there. I think the WW2 and the Wall part of Geman history is particularly essential for russian people, because we...
