We attended on 22.1.15 1100hrs English Tour. Tour 1. We had a large group of 30ish people. The tour guide spoke very quickly and rushed us from room to room without giving enough time to look over the artefacts.  (I did let management know of this) There is a guy who follows at the rear of the group and ushers... We took Tour 3 in English - a tour of two different bunkers, and the subway, showcasing Berlin's "underworld" during the Cold War. It was fascinating and amazing to see a whole world open up behind the subway! The guide had good English and excellent knowledge of Berlin's and the bunkers' history. The tour was entertaining, with stories and anecdotes... More

Different type of museum. The tours had different themes, and there is a lot of different languages. Recommendable both for history geeks and normal tourists 😊

We took the English Tour 1 on Saturday. We did so based on the reviews here. It seems we are in the minority here. I do think it had to do with the tour guide. This was the English tour, but it was apparent he didn’t like Americans or British. Most of the tour was listening to his personal political... More

We took the tour 3, Subway and bunkers in the Cold War. It was really amazing to visit a real nuclear shelter hosted in a u-Bahn station. We took the tour in Spanish and the guide was really very well prepared and explained everything in details. You cannot take pictures or films but I think this is a good choice... More

Stephanie was our tour guide for Tour#1 and she was the best!! She kept the tour so interesting that it didn't even feel like 1.5 hours. If I had more time in Berlin, I definitely would've done the other tours as well.

You go through a 1.5 hours guided tour through tunnels and bunkers that were built to protect the German population from the allies bombers . Not to miss when visiting Berlin Special adventure ! Tours in few languages in different hours . Tickets on sale at starting point.

I took the Tour M and found it very interesting. The tour guide is very knowledgable and explained things in clear logic. The underground places are locked and only the guide has the keys to them. It is something that you would not see by yourself if you don't join the tour. : )

The Berlin Underworld Association put on a very good tour of the WW2 shelter in the underground station. Lots of original signs and the luminescent paint still glows! Many rooms over 4 floors. A great collection on fascinating relics to finish with. It is impossible to imagine the horrors of subterranean life that was endured within those walls. Visited in... More

We've done the Tour M (Under the Berlin Wall), in English, and it was amazing. It gives you a very real perspective of the building of the wall, the impact on berliner's life and all the types of inventive escapes. Our guide was very professional and clear. If I return to Berlin I will try to do their other tours.... More
