Amazing and not in all the guide books - an immersion into the world of the civilian bunker full of interest. NOTE though, if you are travelling with kids, under 7's are no allowed - not because of the history, but insurance. We had a 9 and 11 year old on the tour and they raved about it!. Note also... More

We did the WWII underground bunker tour, and it was very interesting. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot, although he spoke very quickly, so non-native English speakers may struggle a bit. I would definitely recommend the tour itself, as there aren't many opportunities to explore the underground of major cities. However, booking a tour was... More

I took the WWII Shelter Tour with Tristan. I was at awe at his way of presenting history - the tour was simply excellent. His vivid way of explaining was very engaging, he almost made me cry. A week later I took Tour M which talks about ways of how people were escaping East Berlin. Again, a great guide, a... More

We did the WW2 underground bunker your which was situated right underneath the Gesundbrunnen U-Bahn Station. Our tour guide through the bunker was Stephanie. She was such a friendly person and made you feel part of the tour at all times, and was always ready for a laugh and some fun. She was very entertaining and made the tour so... More

I took the WW2 Shelter tour. Well worth the time. Informative, lots to see, and a fascinating experience being in the shelter and ocnsidering what conditions were like for the local community. The guide was excellent. Some reviewers suggest saving this for a rainy day... I'd say it was well worth a visit anytime. I arrived early as suggested to... More

A very informative and exciting experience; highly recommended! We were led around the air raid shelters situated underneath the railway-tracks, by a very professional guide named Sean. There is not just the shelters, however. There are items on display underground as well, and the history of the items and of the everyday life and struggle of the civilians was narrated... More

Naturally some will say to keep this adventure for a rainy day, and that's solid advice, but I suggest you go there anyway - even on a sunny weekend! It's very original, probably the only place in the world where you could have access and guided tours in such bunkers and tunnels. And if you come with the right attitude,... More

A very different but very intersting insight into the the lives of German civilians during the second world war, something as a uk national, we dont often hear about, so was very interesting to see what things were like on the other side. Lots of very intersting artefacts that you dont often see on dispay in Germany, like Nazi soldiers... More

This tour takes place at 3.00pm from beside the Gesundbrunnen S Bahn station. It takes approx 90 minutes and should be on the must do list of anyone interested in the Second world. Even if you have no particular interest in this period you could not but be impressed by structure and the story behind it. We did this tour... More

This is my second time I have visited the berlin underworld exhibits. If you are interested in ww2 it is a must. Staff are friendly and have a great knowledge of the locations. I would visit them again.
