Walked the park from outside the zoo entrance in the west to Brandenburger Tor in the east with my girlfriend. The park is huge, and I really couldn't believe I was still in a big city. The park is clean, well kept and beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a walk outdoors, away from the bustling city.

Runned 13 Km and didnt repeat any trail! You can also from there connect to other parks or interesting streets by crossing one of many bridges as the river goes along the park It feels very special to run under the Brandenburg Gate

Wonderful park in the center of the city, that is a great retreat from the city. Break from museums and concentration camps, bring your currwurst, discreet biere and blanket.

Shadowed park with plenty of paths to run on, often along water. You can run along the Spree to the north too.

A great place to run and relax from the rather hectic Berlin Mitte. Maybe not that much to see or do if trees and green areas are not your thing.

We spent a day wandering through here and it was so memorable. Informative signs let you know where you are. A boating lake, bikes for hire and beautiful scenery all added to a lovely place. Well worth a visit if only for a stroll

A very attractive and peaceful park to stroll through to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Sobering to think of the fighting that went on there in 1945 (of which the Russian memorial provides one reminder) and the fact that almost every tree is around 65 years old or less due to the original trees being used for fuel... So pleasant to have such a large park in the very centre of Berlin. Worth the walk from the Brandenburg Tor.
