Take the U-Bahn to Prenzlauer Berg and hunt for bargains, eat ecological junk food and enjoy the many entertaining artists

I came to this park through a recommendation from expat friend living in Berlin and wow, it did not disappoint! It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. There's no entry fee to go and have a picnic with friends, bring your dog or enjoy the sunshine by yourself. When I was there, there was a huge crowd... More

+: On sundays is a must see, delicious vegetarian sandwiches for 4€, fresh orange juice from 1€, all type of second hand stuff, good musicians and comedians. -: If you don't like walking through a lot of people, don't go or visit it when there's not the market (but i think there are another better parks if you just wanna... came here for karaoke sunday in July 2014 with my parents and teenage brother. So much fun, so much energy! Very unique experience, we sat down right below a portion of the Berlin wall. I didn't explore the flea market too much since it was very crowded and hot outside. But, we sat down in a little outdoor cafe for... More

We visited on a Sunday in late August - the market was heaving! Really enjoyed it though, reminded me a lot of Camden in London. The food looked amazing - wish we hadn't done Sunday brunch earlier in the day. The entertainment was also quite good too - love the fact thereaare a couple of enterprising types walking roudn selling... More

We went there on a Sunday after a visit to the Pergamon museum in the morning so it was a big contrast:-) It's not easy to get there so get accurate directions before you go. The park itself is not exciting and not very pretty. The flea market area was extremely busy and the stuff sold was just old junk.... More

We decided to visit the flea market on Sunday just so we could get a feel for Berlin! There is a stall for everything- furniture, clothes, souvenirs and handmade crafts- as well as the wonderful food stalls. It was very very busy so try and turn up early, but the crowd didn't spoil the relaxed atmosphere that there was. A... More
