The introductory brochure to AquaDom Sealife claims: “Die Beste Aquarium-Faht Der Welt” ( The Best Aquarium in the World). While this declaration may constitute an exaggeration Aqua Dom & Sea Life is still a fun place, especially for kids aged four to twelve. Located on Spandauer Str. near Museum Island, this attraction can be easily reached on foot. During my... More

It was a very fun and interesting experience. Of course, young kids will enjoy being there, but us adults who have a young spirit will have a good time as well. The elevator is nice (expected it to be more than it really is). Overall, it is a good way to spend an hour or so

We visited Sea Life the other afternoon and had a lot of fun. There is so much to discover! Particularly the Aquadom was amazing, the fish swim so close to you! The Aquadom is a lift going through an enormous aquarium full of beautiful fish. WOuld recommend it to anyone!

We visited the AquaDom with our 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter. It was what she requested to do that day. When we arrived we saw that this attraction is for much younger children and not the "aquarium" we had expected. It was quite small and you could finish the tour in 30-40 minutes, at most. Afterwards,... More

We visited this sea life in a weekday afternoon. At the entrance we waited 20 minutes, but the experience was worth the wait. Much better than the sea life in London.

Having visited excellent aquariums in the States, this one was a let down. We visited in the height of tourist season so it was packed. It's definitely designed for younger kids / families, so all in all, not really our thing. And it's expensive. The AquaDom looks cool, but the 5 minute elevator ride up and down isn't all that... Been there, seen that.... Like everywhere else. Better if you can get a cupon or berlin welcome card. Bus 100 is close by.

AquaDom was full of the same fish as we'd already seen in abundance, and the tour guides gave their talks in both languages except ours who only gave it in German, so we basically stood in a hot glass tube with some fish for a bit. SeaLife was exactly the same as Manchester SeaLife - all the tanks has the... More

Dear Trhippy, thank you very much for your visit at AquaDom & SEALIFE Berlin and your honest feedback. We are sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your visit. I was disappointed by Sea Life, having visited far better aquariums elsewhere. It seems to be mainly aimed at kids - as I don't speak or read German, I didn't understand a lot of the information/activities on the way round although there were identification guides to the fish in English. I felt quite ill in the mirrored labyrinth just before... More

Dear Sharon, thank you very much for your comment. We are happy to hear that your children enjoyed the AquaDom. It is a pity that you experienced our staff as not very helpful.
