A very irritating woman at the receiption.my german is not perfect but she kept on humiliating me cause i told her that the key she gave me was not working....no one was able to open with it,but she argued that i was handicapped. I never saw anybody so unprofessional, bitter,,unfriendly in a private place....the sauna is not beautiful,is strangely organized,no shower... More

Spent two days at the Thermen am Europa-Center whilst on holiday in Berlin in September 2014, this establishment has all the facilities you could wish for if you enjoy swimming, a sauna, maybe a steam room, and Jacuzzi. The facilities are both indoors and outdoors so cater for all weathers, and a wide variety of sauna and steam rooms with... More

After two exhausting days of traveling five hours by train, a business meeting and exploring the city, it was really nice to visit the Thermen am Europa-center. There's a swimming pool with indoor and outdoor section, where you can have a swim or just float and relax. There quite a few saunas and two steambaths. Two of them are located... More

Directly opposite the Crowne Plaza hotel, Thermen's exterior looks frankly dubious but, once inside, the interior is spotlessly clean and well cared for. Despite our faltering German we were made most welcome. Contrary to some previous reviews we found the staff charming and helpful. We stayed from just after 8pm until 11.15pm and ate in the bar / cafe /... More

I didn't have problem with the staff, they were all quite nice! It was awkward at first realizing that I would have to walk around more or less walk around nude among a majority of men, but in the end it worked out fine, everyone were gentlemen, and didn't stare too much when I finally decided to go all in...... Dirty, unhygienic. Staff rude and arrogant. It´s the first time I really a place in Berlin. A member of the staff (a man) followed me everywhere to be sure I was naked without any swimsuit. I went to complain with the management because I felt really uncomfortable that a man was shouting at me while I was relaxing NAKED with... More

So relaxing. No clothes, big salty pool. Many saunas, one which you will want to sleep in, steam rooms, outdoor areas. really like this place. And it's not pretentious at all. Loved it. Go.

In Germany and on the Continent it is possible to be naked at spas without problems. This means that it is possible to clean and sweat the body properly. In fact bathing costumes are verboten!! In the UK (unhygienic as usual) costumes are compulsory. So this naturist Spa on the roof top of the Europa Centre was a great find.... More

This looked allright online, but actually it was a bit grubby and needed some TLC. It wasn't expensive 17.50 euros. There were steambaths, saunas, jacuzzi and pools. A really interesting mix of people
