This is outside of the inner city and is most easliy accessed with a car. If you have a car, definitely take it in. The palace gardens are quite stunning and they are alone worth the visit. If you visit in the Fall, there are a number of cafes in Veitshochheim where you can get fresh onion cake ("Zwiebel Kuchen,"...

The castle's interior can only be seen via a guide tour, which we did. Pix of its interior are forbidden, but must say it was worth while: not only the state-rooms are shown, also behind these are the servants quarters shown.
